Made with lightweight and durable lacquered wood. The pieces are assembled using internal joints, glue, and decorative nails, while the metal sheet is embedded in the wood, providing the instrument with great durability.

The metal sheet contains 28 waves (56 folds), which gives it better sonority since it receives several hits from the thimbles with each drag movement (↑↓)
